Position: Welder
Experience: 3–4 Years
Qualification: ITI – Welder / relevant technical qualification
Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering
Location: Coimbatore

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform welding operations as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Carry out MIG / TIG / ARC welding as required.
- Prepare and fit components before welding.
- Maintain proper welding parameters and quality standards.
- Perform tack welding, fillet welding, and butt welding as required.
- Check welded components for defects and dimensional accuracy.
- Handle welding machines, grinders, and related tools safely.
- Identify and correct common welding defects.
- Maintain proper weld quality and production targets.
- Follow welding procedures and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the welding area.




- Coordinate with the production and quality teams.

Required Skills:

- 3–4 years of relevant welding experience.
- Valuable knowledge of welding processes and techniques.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of welding defects and corrective methods.
- Ability to use basic measuring and hand tools.
- Good attention to quality and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Experience: 3–4 years of Welder experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
