Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Executive to support the product team in building and managing digital products. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and external partners to ensure seamless product delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Development & Execution

- - Assist in defining product features, enhancements, and workflows
- Translate business requirements into clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Track product development progress and follow up for timely delivery

- Testing & Quality Assurance (UAT)

- - Prepare test cases and test scenarios based on requirements
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and bug fixes
- Identify, document, and track bugs/issues until resolution
- Ensure product quality before production release

- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

- - Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Design, Operations) for smooth execution
- Liaise with third-party vendors / API providers (e.g., KYC, payment gateway, validation services)




- Follow up on integrations, issue resolution, and timelines

- Product Operations & Support

- - Monitor live product performance and highlight issues proactively
- Assist in resolving production issues in coordination with tech teams
- Support day-to-day product operations and process improvements
- Ensure smooth functioning of APIs, workflows, and integrations

- Research & Documentation

- - Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Stay updated on banking, fintech, KYC, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain proper documentation of product flows, APIs, and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education

- - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field

- Experience

- - 0-2 years of experience (Freshers with relevant internships can apply)

Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

- Valuable understanding of product lifecycle

- Basic knowledge of APIs, fintech products workflows is a plus

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, or similar is an advantage
