Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) Engineer to join our structural engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, detailing, and documentation of cold-formed steel structural systems in accordance with project requirements, applicable codes, and industry standards.

The candidate will work closely with structural engineers, project teams, clients, and construction professionals to deliver safe, efficient, and accurate CFS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and analyse cold-formed steel structural systems and components for various projects.
- Perform structural analysis and design under different loading conditions using relevant engineering software.
- Select appropriate CFS sections, materials, connections, and structural systems based on design requirements.
- Prepare and review engineering calculations, structural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and design reports.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, AISI standards, IBC requirements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, MEP teams, clients, and other project stakeholders.
- Review project drawings and identify design conflicts, constructability issues, and required modifications.
- Provide technical support and clarification to drafting and construction teams during project execution.
- Review shop drawings and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approved designs.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.




- Stay updated with the latest developments, design practices, codes, and technologies related to cold-formed steel construction.

Required Qualifications

- ME/M.Tech in Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) design and structural engineering.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and CFS design methodologies.
- Good knowledge of AISI standards, International Building Code (IBC), and applicable structural design codes.
- Experience with structural analysis and design software relevant to CFS engineering.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in design calculations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in CFS framing, wall systems, floor systems, roof systems, and connections.
- Knowledge of international structural design standards and practices.
- Experience working on international projects will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with CFS modelling, detailing, and shop drawing preparation.
- Strong knowledge of engineering calculations and design documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
