Job Summary

We are looking for confident, well-groomed and customer-friendly candidates to join our team as Public Relations Officer (PRO) for our Cable Car / Ropeway facility at Athirappilly, Thrissur, Kerala.

This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in Public Relations, Guest Relations, Tourism, Hospitality and Customer Service.

The PRO will be responsible for interacting with visitors, providing information and assistance, handling guest enquiries and feedback, supporting VIP and special guests, and ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience for visitors.

- Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.
- Assist visitors with information regarding Cable Car services, timings, ticketing, boarding procedures and facilities.
- Handle guest enquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
- Assist guests during their visit and ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Operations, Ticketing/Billing, Security and Guest Relations teams.
- Assist VIP guests, corporate visitors, tour groups and special guests.
- Support guest-flow and crowd management during weekends, holidays and peak tourist periods.
- Maintain good relations with visitors and represent the company professionally.




- Collect guest feedback and communicate important observations to the management.
- Assist during special events, promotional activities and other visitor-related programmes.
- Maintain qualified grooming, appearance and communication standards.
- Follow company SOPs, service standards, safety procedures and HR policies.
- Perform other guest-service and public-relations duties assigned by the management.

Qualification Required

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Public Relations, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related fields will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Public Relations, Guest Relations, Front Office, Hospitality, Tourism, Amusement Parks, Resorts, Hotels or Customer Service may apply.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role will be an advantage, but not mandatory for freshers.
