Social Media & Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager who understands marketing, content, and growth — not just posting on social media.

The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and hands-on, with experience in building social media presence, planning campaigns, creating engaging content, running paid advertising campaigns, and working directly with clients.

You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies based on business and client objectives.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Develop creative ideas for Reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories, and other engaging content formats.
- Identify social media trends, viral content formats, and opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
- Write engaging captions, ad copies, hooks, headlines, and other marketing content.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.
- Use performance insights to improve content and advertising strategies.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and other team members to execute campaigns.
- Handle client communication, understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute ideas for improving their digital presence and marketing performance.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, advertising tools, platform algorithms, and digital marketing practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate key insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and organic growth strategies.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of content strategy and campaign planning.
- Strong knowledge of Reels, short-form content, and viral/engagement-driven content.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to understand marketing objectives and convert them into actionable campaigns.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to understand social media and advertising performance.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and meet deadlines.
- Confident in communicating with clients and understanding their requirements.
- A creative mindset with a strong understanding of current digital trends.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with multiple brands or marketing agencies.
- Knowledge of Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
- Experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Understanding of lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
