Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and supervise day-to-day fire fighting system installation activities at the project site.
- Review approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements before execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, contractors, and other MEP teams.
- Prepare work schedules, manpower plans, material requirements, and site execution plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to the approved project schedule.
- Supervise installation of fire fighting systems including hydrant, sprinkler, fire pump, hose reel, fire alarm interfaces, piping, valves, and related equipment.
- Ensure proper installation of MS/GI/other approved fire protection piping, supports, valves, pumps, and firefighting equipment.
- Check materials received at site against approved specifications and BOQ requirements.
- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability of materials to avoid project delays.
- Monitor subcontractors and site manpower for productivity, quality, and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and relevant fire safety standards.




- Coordinate pressure testing, flushing, testing, commissioning, and handover of fire fighting systems.
- Identify site issues, resolve technical problems, and coordinate with the design/engineering team for necessary clarifications.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, material reports, inspection requests, and other project documentation.
- Maintain records of drawings, approvals, test reports, measurements, and as-built documentation.
- Monitor project costs, minimize material wastage, and support quantity measurement and billing activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety codes, project specifications, and NFPA/local authority requirements as applicable.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure all site activities are performed in accordance with company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Support project closeout, snag rectification, final testing, documentation, and handover.

Pay: ₹10,948.78 - ₹37,687.96 per month
