Job Summary

The MBA Department invites experienced industry professionals for the role of Professor of Practice. The role is intended to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world business practice by bringing industry knowledge, professional experience, and practical insights into the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practice-oriented sessions, case studies, workshops, and industry-based learning activities.
- Mentor MBA students in internships, live projects, entrepreneurship, placements, and career readiness.
- Support curriculum enrichment by incorporating current industry practices and business trends.
- Build industry connections for internships, projects, guest lectures, MoUs, consultancy, and placements.
- Guide students in real-world problem solving, innovation, and professional skill development.
- Contribute to department development, admissions support, accreditation, ranking, and institutional growth activities.





Eligibility

- Senior industry qualified with strong practical experience in business, management, entrepreneurship, consulting, or leadership roles.
- Preferably 15 years or more of relevant industry experience for Professor of Practice.
- MBA / Master’s degree is preferred; however, distinguished professionals with exceptional industry achievements may also be considered as per institutional norms.
- Prior teaching, training, mentoring, consultancy, or corporate leadership experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Areas

Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Banking, Sales, Supply Chain, and Digital Transformation.

Candidates from positions such as CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO, Vice President, General Manager, Business Head, Consultant, Entrepreneur, or retired senior industry executive are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000.00 per hour
