Maintain records of sales transactions

Good communication and customer-service skills

Willingness to work during busy/peak hours

QUALIFICATION: Any degree

ELIGIBILITY & EXPERIENCE:

Preferred: 3–5 years (or more) experience in retail or specifically jewellery-retail Managing role

specifically in jewellery industry

Positive communication and customer-service skills

Inventory & store operations management skills

Maintain store presentation & environment





Ensure compliance with policies & store standards

Customer Service & Client Relations

Maintain records & documentation

Ability to work during busy hours / peak periods — flexibility in shifts/working hours

Provide professional customer service

Follow store policies, security protocols, and compliance rules
