Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and reliability of the lithium battery pack assembly line by performing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. The role focuses on minimizing machine downtime, improving equipment performance, and supporting uninterrupted production while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) activities of the lithium battery pack assembly line.
- Attend machine breakdowns promptly and diagnose root causes to restore production within the minimum possible time.
- Ensure uninterrupted production by implementing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Perform routine inspection, servicing, lubrication, calibration,
and replacement of machine components.
- Monitor the performance of assembly line equipment and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain daily maintenance records, breakdown history, and preventive maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities without affecting production targets.
- Ensure adequate availability of critical spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Adhere to safety procedures, EHS guidelines, and quality standards while carrying out maintenance activities.
- Support installation, commissioning, and validation of recent machinery and equipment.
- Train operators on basic machine care and autonomous maintenance practices
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
