Job purpose:
The Inward Executive is responsible for managing the sample inward process, including the preparation of samples, memo creation, and sample coding.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sample Inward Handling:
Handle the inward processing of samples, including all samples (external & internal)
Ensure samples are coded properly and accurately logged in the system for further analysis.
Memo Preparation and Documentation:
Prepare inward memos for each sample received, including detailed information for each test parameter.
Maintain and update the memo register with accurate records of all incoming samples.
Inward Update and Sample Coding:
Regularly update the inward memo system with the status and details of all samples.
Assign sample codes to each batch for easy identification and tracking.
Lab MIS Sheet and Data Entry:
Update the Lab MIS (Management Information System) sheet with all inward sample information.
Ensure all raw data sheets are updated accurately and promptly with relevant sample data.
Distribution of Samples:
Distribute samples to the respective departments for testing and analysis based on the type of sample (e.g., water, wastewater, fertilizers, soil, sludge).
Coordinate with lab teams to ensure samples are processed in a timely manner.
Report Preparation:
Assist in preparing reports for all samples received and processed, summarizing key information and analysis results.
Ensure reports are submitted to the relevant department heads for review and action.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of all sample entries, testing progress, and report completion.
Ensure that all data is recorded systematically in both physical and digital formats for future reference.
Quality Control and Compliance:
Ensure that all inward processes comply with internal quality control measures and regulatory standards.
Adhere to safety and environmental regulations during the handling of samples, particularly hazardous materials.
Communication and Coordination:
Coordinate with lab teams and external stakeholders to ensure samples are processed as per required timelines.
Communicate sample statuses to relevant departments and maintain explicit records of all communications.
Additional Administrative Tasks:
Perform administrative duties related to sample processing, including file management, documentation, and supporting the lab's daily operations.
Provide support in maintaining inventory records of sample bottles, chemicals, and consumables required for testing.
Reporting & Support:
Keep an updated Excel sheet to track and manage day-to-day activities efficiently.
Fill in for absent team members as needed to ensure continuity of operations.
Report progress and updates to the immediate superior regularly.
Undertake any other tasks or assignments as directed by top management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
