Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher / Junior Interior Site In-Charge to support and coordinate interior design and fit-out activities at project sites. The candidate will work closely with senior site engineers, contractors, vendors, and the design team to ensure smooth and timely execution of interior works.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in supervising interior works at the project site, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, workers, and the design team under the guidance of senior staff.
- Assist in checking the availability and quality of materials at the site.
- Monitor daily work progress and report updates to the senior site engineer or project manager.
- Assist in maintaining site cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Learn to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
- Assist in preparing daily progress reports and site updates.
- Support quality checks to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
- Identify site issues and report them to the concerned senior team member.
- Assist in supervising workers and coordinating manpower at the site.
- Support material tracking and help minimize material wastage.




- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at the project site.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Freshers / 0–2 years of experience in interior fit-out or site supervision can apply.
- Basic knowledge of interior materials, construction methods, and finishing works.
- Basic understanding of architectural and interior drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop practical site experience.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work at project sites and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software will be an added advantage.

- Fresh graduates or diploma holders looking to start their career in Interior Site Supervision / Interior Fit-Out Projects.
- Candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
