Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Purchase & Procurement Manager to lead the procurement function for high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor development, rate negotiations, purchase planning, material availability, cost control and coordination with project, planning, stores, contracts and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete purchase and procurement function for high-rise construction projects.
- Develop procurement strategies based on project requirements, BOQ, construction schedules and material lead times.
- Handle procurement of civil, structural, finishing, MEP, electrical, plumbing, waterproofing and other construction materials.
- Review material indents, BOQs, specifications and project requirements before initiating procurement.
- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors, suppliers, manufacturers and contractors.
- Obtain and compare quotations and conduct commercial negotiations.
- Negotiate rates, credit terms, delivery schedules, taxes, transportation and other commercial terms.
- Ensure procurement is carried out within approved budgets and project timelines.
- Prepare and finalize comparative statements (CS) and obtain required approvals.
- Issue and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure adherence to agreed commercial terms.
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate long-term/project-based rates.
- Monitor market prices for cement, steel, RMC, AAC blocks, tiles, sanitaryware, electrical materials, plumbing materials, hardware, finishing materials, etc.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Construction Heads, Site Engineers, Planning, QS, Stores, Accounts and Management.
- Track critical and long-lead materials to prevent project delays.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials at various project sites.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery timelines and payment terms.
- Resolve issues related to short supply,
quality rejection, delayed delivery, replacement and rate disputes.
- Develop and maintain an approved vendor database.
- Prepare procurement MIS and regular reports for management.
- Maintain proper documentation of quotations, comparisons, POs, invoices and vendor records.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval processes.
- Guide and supervise the Purchase & Procurement Executives.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for bulk purchasing and rate contracts.

2. Purchase & Procurement Executive – 2 Positions
Experience: 6–8 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for Purchase & Procurement Executives to support the procurement function for high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, quotation collection, comparative statements, purchase orders, material tracking and ensuring timely delivery to project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities for assigned construction sites/projects.
- Receive and verify material indents from site teams.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Stores and Planning teams for material requirements.
- Obtain quotations from approved and new vendors.
- Prepare comparative statements (CS) for management approval.
- Negotiate rates and commercial terms within the approved authority.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors for order confirmation and material dispatch.
- Track material delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery at project sites.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters and site stores for deliveries.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and payment-related queries.
- Assist in vendor identification and development.
- Maintain an updated vendor database and price comparison records.
- Monitor market rates of commonly used construction materials.
- Support the Purchase Manager in rate negotiations and bulk procurement.
- Follow up on pending, short-supplied or rejected materials.
- Coordinate replacement of defective or non-conforming materials.
- Maintain procurement MIS and daily/weekly purchase reports.
- Ensure procurement is carried out as per approved specifications and project requirements.
- Support the team in maintaining cost control and procurement timelines.
Materials Exposure Preferred

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
