Library officer

Pay: Upto 30000 per month

Exeperience : 3 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities

· Issue, receive, and renew books, magazines, and other library materials.

· Assist members in locating books and provide information on library services.

· Maintain accurate records of book issues, returns, reservations, and overdue items.

· Arrange and catalogue books and ensure proper shelving.

· Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the library.

· Conduct periodic stock verification of books and library assets.

· Process new books and maintain library registers/software.

· Assist in organizing library activities and promoting reading among members.

· Coordinate with vendors for books and periodicals, as required.

Experience & Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree (B.Lib.Sc. preferred).
- 3-5 Years in a library or similar environment.
- Valuable communication, customer service,



computer knowledge, and record-keeping skills.
