About the Role

We are seeking a creative Florist & Floral Decor Designer to transform event concepts into stunning floral arrangements and installations. You will work closely with our event planning and design team to align floral aesthetics with themes, venues, color palettes, and lighting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute floral concepts for weddings, receptions, corporate events, and pre-wedding functions (mehndi, haldi, sangeet).
- Select appropriate flowers, foliage, colors, and textures suitable for different seasons and event scales.
- Create floral arrangements for stages, mandaps, entrances, pathways, centerpieces, and lounges.
- Combine floral elements with candles, fabrics, props, and venue lighting.
- Build luxury, romantic, contemporary, traditional, and minimal floral installations.
- Oversee floral setup, symmetry, quality, and freshness in office at event venues.
- Coordinate with event managers, designers,



and execution teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of floral varieties, seasonal availability, arrangement techniques, and color coordination.
- Experience in wedding/event floral styling, luxury decor, or floristry (freshers with strong practical skills may apply).
- Keen eye for detail, spatial balance, and aesthetics.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to travel to nearby event venues as required.
