Qualification
- Any Degree
- Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, recruitment, or a similar role
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to candidates and explain available job opportunities.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to candidate inquiries professionally.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and collect relevant details.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, medicals, and other recruitment procedures.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and call records.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate follow-ups and updates.
- Build and maintain good relationships with candidates.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to convince and engage candidates effectively.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and MS Office.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to work in a team.
