Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Process Draftsman with expertise in preparing and updating Process Engineering drawings for Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power, and Industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for drafting PFDs, P&IDs;, BFDs, Equipment Layouts, Piping General Arrangement Drawings, Isometrics, and As-Built documentation based on Process Engineering inputs and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and revise PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), P&IDs; (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), and BFDs (Block Flow Diagrams).
- Perform layered P&ID; drafting in AutoCAD based on Process Engineer inputs.
- Extract and maintain Line Lists, Valve Lists, Instrument Lists, and Equipment Lists.
- Develop Equipment and Piping Models using AutoPLANT (Bentley V8i) and CADWorx.
- Prepare Equipment Layouts and Piping General Arrangement (GA) Drawings.
- Generate Piping Isometric Drawings and Bill of Material (BOM) take-offs from 3D models.




- Prepare Valve MTOs and Bulk Material Take-Offs (MTOs).
- Review and check Isometric Drawings and Nozzle Orientation Reports extracted from PDS.
- Prepare and update As-Built Drawings as per site modifications.
- Maintain tag numbering sequences and engineering databases using Excel.
- Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Piping, and Instrumentation Engineers for drawing updates and revisions.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, drafting procedures, and client requirements.
