Position: Regional Sales Manager

Industry: Wastewater Treatment / ZLD / Effluent & Water Management Solutions

Region Covered: Mumbai and Gujarat

Reporting To: Sales Head / Business Head

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key industrial accounts, managing channel partners, and expanding the organization’s presence across the West and South regions, with a strong focus on wastewater treatment and ZLD solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

•

Achieve regional sales targets for ZLD, ETP, STP, MEE, MVR, RO, and allied wastewater solutions

•

Develop current industrial customers across textile, chemical, pharma, FMCG, and engineering sectors

•

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure

•

Coordinate with design, engineering, and execution teams for techno-commercial proposals

•

Build and manage relationships with CXOs, plant heads, utility heads, and consultants

•





Handle key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through post-order follow-ups

•

Appoint, manage, and support dealers, agents, and channel partners

•

Develop strong connect with EPC consultants and PMC firms

•

Prepare region-wise sales plans, forecasts, and opportunity pipelines

•

Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments

•

Guide and monitor regional sales engineers and executives

•

Ensure timely CRM updates, MIS reporting, and sales discipline

Required Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Environmental preferred)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹72,484.24 per month
