Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Business Promotion Executive - Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in lead generation and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products/services.
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and requests professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and convert potential enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team and pass qualified leads for further conversion.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations,
and appointments.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–10 years of experience in Telecalling, Telemarketing, Customer Handling, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Proven experience in lead generation and customer handling.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Valuable follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and queries effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
