Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and registered MBBS doctor to provide safe and compliant online consultations to customers and issue valid digital prescriptions in accordance with applicable telemedicine guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient consultations through chat, audio and video.
- Record medical history, assess symptoms and provide appropriate clinical advice.
- Issue valid, digitally signed e-prescriptions.
- Manage chronic-care follow-ups, including diabetes, blood pressure and thyroid cases.
- Identify patients requiring physical examination or emergency care and refer them appropriately.
- Validate uploaded prescriptions before medicine orders are dispatched.
- Maintain accurate consultation records and complete patient confidentiality.
- Assist pharmacists with prescription verification, dosage and substitution-related queries.
- Ensure prescription-based orders have complete and valid documentation.
- Report adverse drug reactions and escalate patient-safety concerns.
- Coordinate with pharmacists, customer support and operations teams.

Eligibility Requirements





- MBBS qualification is mandatory.
- Valid registration with NMC or a State Medical Council is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- MD/DNB in General Medicine or Family Medicine will be an advantage.
- Previous teleconsultation experience is preferred.
- Must have completed or be willing to complete the mandatory telemedicine course.
- Comfortable using EMR systems, video consultations and digital workflows.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required; Marathi is preferred.

Important

This position is specifically for a registered medical practitioner authorised to conduct consultations and issue prescriptions. Pharmacists, BHMS, BAMS, nursing and other non-MBBS profiles will not be considered.
