Role Summary

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for end-to-end site supervision and execution of HT/LT electrical infrastructure and industrial electrical projects. The role requires hands-on management of manpower, materials, contractors, quality, safety, and project timelines, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily execution of HT/LT electrical and industrial projects as per drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedules.
- Manage electricians, technicians, labour, and subcontractors; allocate daily activities and monitor productivity.
- Read and interpret SLD, GA drawings, electrical layouts, cable schedules, BOQs, and AutoCAD drawings.
- Supervise installation of HT/LT Panels, PCC/MCC/APFC Panels, Transformers, RMUs, Cable Trays, Power & Control Cables, Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems.
- Ensure proper cable laying, glanding, dressing, termination, testing, and commissioning.
- Monitor material receipt, consumption, reconciliation, and wastage; coordinate with stores and procurement.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards, method statements, and inspection checklists.
- Enforce electrical safety, PPE, housekeeping, toolbox talks, and statutory requirements.




- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Clients, Consultants, Vendors, Contractors, and Safety Teams to resolve site issues and maintain project progress.
- Prepare DPRs, manpower reports, site registers, measurement records, progress updates, and billing/support documentation.
- Identify execution delays/deviations and ensure timely completion of assigned work packages.

Required Experience

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution.
- Experience in HT/LT infrastructure, industrial electrical projects, EPC, substations, or power distribution.
- Hands-on experience in manpower, labour, subcontractor, and site execution management.
- Candidates from Electrical EPC, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Commercial Electrical, Substation, or Power Distribution projects will be preferred.

- Compliance with safety standards and minimal safety violations.
- Accurate DPRs, measurements, and site documentation.
- Controlled material wastage.
- Effective client/contractor coordination and successful inspections/commissioning.

- Willingness to work at project sites as per business requirements.
- Ability to work independently under tight project schedules and manage multiple work fronts.
- Solid communication, coordination, and labour-management skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at industrial/infrastructure sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
