Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, organized, and result-driven Marketing Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience managing end-to-end events, coordinating with vendors, handling budgets, and working closely with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows, school events, corporate outreach programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop event concepts aligned with the organization's marketing and business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, sponsors, agencies, and venue partners to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, permissions, and procurement requirements.
- Lead pre-event planning, on-site event management, and post-event evaluations.
- Execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities to maximize event reach and engagement.
- Coordinate branding requirements, promotional materials, giveaways, and event collaterals.




- Work closely with the admissions/business development team to generate quality leads through events.
- Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports, including ROI, lead generation, attendance, and feedback.
- Build relationships with schools, corporates, community organizations, media partners, and event vendors.
- Stay updated on market trends and recommend creative event ideas to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure all events comply with organizational policies and safety standards.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Event Management is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
