Job Description – Fitter (Alloy Industry)

Position: Fitter
Experience: 3–4 Years
Industry: Alloy / Engineering Industry
Location: Halol, Vadodara, Gujarat
Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day
Overtime: Paid Overtime Available

Key Responsibilities

- Perform fitting, assembly, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings and measurements.
- Handle cutting, grinding, drilling, alignment, and fabrication-related fitting work.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Ensure proper installation, alignment, and functioning of mechanical components.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain positive housekeeping at the workplace.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams for smooth plant operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI Fitter / relevant technical qualification preferred.




- 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an alloy, steel, foundry, casting, or heavy engineering industry.
- Good knowledge of mechanical tools, fitting techniques, and maintenance activities.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical problems.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
