Job Summary

We are hiring an Operations Executive to manage daily warehouse, delivery, and service operations. The role requires strong coordination, execution, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operational flow and timely task completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and assign daily delivery, pickup, and service tasks
- Coordinate with drivers, technicians, and warehouse teams
- Monitor task completion and maintain operational timelines
- Resolve on-ground operational issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain accurate operational records and system updates
- Optimize routes and resource allocation for better efficiency
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and smooth workflow
- Communicate with customers regarding delays or escalations

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities




- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable using mobile applications and basic operational systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
- Willingness to work on-ground when required
- Responsible, disciplined, and ownership-driven attitude
