Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Embedded C, you will play a critical role in managing technology across complex projects. You will provide technical guidance, mentor a team of developers, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This position demands advanced proficiency in embedded systems and a strong understanding of best practices, enabling the team to enhance their technical capabilities and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Leadership By Mentoring Developers In Embedded C, Enhancing Their Coding Skills And Increasing Overall Team Productivity.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Implement Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization, Adherence To Coding Standards, And Best Practices To Achieve Successful Project Outcomes.
3. Ensure Compliance With Processes In Assigned Modules And Act As A Technical Consultant During Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, Identifying Best Packages, And Assessing Technical Risks.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, And Prepare Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Risks And Facilitate Timely Closure Of Escalations.
5. Drive The Design And Implementation Of Embedded Systems,



Ensuring Optimal Integration And Performance Of Hardware And Software Components.
6. Identify And Advocate For The Adoption Of Tools And Technologies That Enhance System Efficiency And Reliability.
Skill Requirements
1. Expertise In Embedded C Programming And Development Practices.
2. Solid Understanding Of Embedded Systems Architecture And Design Principles.
3. Proficiency In Debugging And Performance Optimization Techniques In Embedded Environments.
4. Knowledge Of Software Development Life Cycle (Sdlc) And Agile Methodologies.
5. Familiarity With Hardware Integration And Communication Protocols (E.G., I2C, Spi, Uart).
6. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
Other Requirements
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (Cese), Or Equivalent.
2. Familiarity With Tools Such As Git, Jira, And Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (Ci/Cd) Pipelines Is Advantageous.
