Job Description
(i) Attendance verification and salary preparation
(ii) Maintaining all the forms, formats and registers
(iii) Maintaining employment history
(iv) Return and remittance of statutory compliance.
(v) Identify the potential candidate and line-up their interview.
(vi) Maintaining Factory Acts requirement and its compliance
(vii) Maintaining CLRA Acts requirement and its compliance
(viii) Handle AMCs and Contractors
(viv) Maintaining office decorum and housekeeping
(x) Performing on other administration activity

Requirements

Work Experience 3 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing company.

3) Educational Qualification MBA in HR or PG Diploma in HR or MSW
