Lotus Hi-Tech Industries is seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to manage and oversee fabrication and production activities at our manufacturing facility. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient plant operations, maintaining quality standards, and achieving production targets within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day fabrication and production activities in the plant
- Ensure timely achievement of production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and industry best practices on the shop floor
- Coordinate effectively with design, planning, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow
- Optimize manpower utilization, machine efficiency, and material management
- Identify production challenges and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency
- Ensure proper understanding and execution of fabrication drawings and specifications
- Maintain production reports and ensure proper documentation
Requirements
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) or Steel Fabrication industry preferred
- Strong understanding of fabrication drawings and production processes
- Ability to manage shop floor operations and workforce efficiently
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
