Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1 to 1.5 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and engagement. You will play a key role in building our talent pipeline and maintaining a vibrant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing candidates via job portals/LinkedIn, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipelines.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing seamless joining formalities, background verification (BGV), orientation, and exit documentation.
- HR Operations & Documentation: Maintaining accurate employee files, offer/appointment letters, attendance/leave logs, and asset trackers.
- Employee Engagement: Planning and executing team events,



celebration activities, wellness initiatives, and engagement surveys to boost morale.
- HR Coordination: Serving as a primary point of contact for employee queries and assisting with day-to-day HR administration.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 – 1.5 years of hands-on experience in core HR, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with HR software.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
