You support the Service Manager by transforming operational insights into actions, improving operational performance, driving standardization across countries and continuously improving financial quality and user experience.

What we're looking for

- University degree and 3–5 years of relevant Finance experience, or minimum 7 years of overall relevant qualified experience.
- Strong understanding of Record-to-Report processes and end-to-end Finance operations.
- Experience analysing KPIs, SLAs and operational performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for Operational Excellence, standardization and continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate with Countries, IBM and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with us

Key responsibilities (text) • Drive operational excellence across the R2R tower.

- Monitor, analyse and interpret KPIs, SLAs and operational performance, taking proactive actions when performance declines or is not improving as expected.




- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure sustainable corrective actions.
- Drive standardization across countries and challenge local deviations.
- Drive continuous improvement focused on the 3Es.
- Lead/support country escalations and operational reviews with IBM.
- Support/Lead Business Verification (BV) testing and provide operational feedback.
- Identify simplification, automation and optimization opportunities.
- Provide operational insights and recommendations to the Service Manager, Global Process Teams and Digital.

R2R-specific responsibilities

- Drive the reduction of manual journals through automation and process improvements.
- Challenge and reduce low-value journals.
- Reduce journals posted during Month-End Close (MEC) by improving upstream quality and readiness.
- Improve Month-End Close performance and operational readiness.
- Improve reconciliation quality, timeliness and Balance Sheet integrity.
- Ensure compliance with accounting controls, governance and global standards.
