Lead Management Executive is responsible for managing all inbound customer enquiries, qualifying leads, capturing customer information accurately, and assigning leads to the appropriate sales executives for timely follow-up. The role ensures prompt response, proper lead allocation, and effective coordination between customers and the sales team to maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and attend inbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and capture lead details accurately.
- Qualify and categorize leads based on customer interest.
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales executive or branch.
- Ensure timely lead distribution and follow-up coordination.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM/DMS.
- Track lead status and escalate pending or unattended leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure every lead is contacted.
- Generate daily and weekly lead allocation reports.
- Ensure high standards of customer service during every interaction.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
