About the Role

Creative Point is a digital marketing agency helping brands grow through creative, data-driven campaigns across social, web, and paid channels. We're looking for a skilled Video Editor to turn raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping videos - for our own agency's channels and for a range of client accounts.

This role is all about the edit: pacing, cuts, sound, captions, and making content that performs on social.

What You'll Do

- Edit raw footage into finished, platform-ready videos for Reels, Shorts, and other short-form formats
- Edit for both Creative Point's own brand and client campaigns, adapting style and pacing to each brand's voice
- Add captions, sound design, music, transitions, and basic motion graphics/text overlays
- Handle basic color correction and audio cleanup
- Work closely with the content and shoot team to understand the story each video needs to tell
- Manage multiple edits at once across different brands, projects, and deadlines
- Keep up with editing trends, transitions, and audio/formats that are performing well on Instagram and YouTube Shorts
- Organize and manage footage libraries and project files

What You Bring





- 1–3 years of experience editing short-form video content (social media, brand, or client work)
- A strong reel/portfolio showing your editing style and range
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
- A robust sense of pacing, rhythm, and what makes content stop the scroll
- Ability to take raw, unstructured footage and shape it into a compelling story
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality

Nice to have:

- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or similar)
- Knowledge of paid social video ad formats and specs
- Basic sound design or music selection skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
