Job Summary

The R&D; Executive will be responsible for independently handling cosmetic formulation development and end-to-end R&D; projects. The role involves developing new formulations, conducting trials, optimizing products, troubleshooting formulation challenges, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed within defined timelines and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle formulation development projects from concept to final product.
- Develop and optimize cosmetic and personal care formulations based on product requirements.
- Plan and conduct laboratory trials, evaluate results, and make necessary formulation modifications.
- Select and evaluate suitable raw materials, ingredients, and functional actives for product development.
- Troubleshoot formulation, stability, compatibility, and performance-related issues.
- Manage multiple R&D; projects independently while ensuring timely completion of development milestones.
- Prepare and maintain formulation sheets, trial reports, specifications, development records, and other technical documentation.
- Conduct product evaluation and stability monitoring and recommend improvements where required.




- Support pilot and scale-up batches and ensure successful transfer of formulations from laboratory to production.
- Research new ingredients, technologies, formulations, and market trends to support product innovation.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and timelines to the R&D; Head / Business Head.
- Ensure all formulation and development activities comply with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.Sc./M.Sc. Cosmetics
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Cosmetic Formulation / R&D.;
- Candidates with robust hands-on formulation experience and the ability to independently manage projects will be preferred.

- Strong hands-on experience in cosmetic formulation development.
- Ability to independently manage R&D; projects and timelines.
- Good knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, raw materials, and formulation processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good laboratory and analytical skills.
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, cutting-edge, and result-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹44,158.57 per month
