1. Operations Management:

*Oversee day-to-day operations, including loan processing, customer service, collections, field visits, customer calling and account management.

*Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Personal Loan Oversight:

*Supervise end-to-end personal loan processing, ensure timely disbursal and compliance with company policies.

3. Process Improvement:

*Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using data-driven analysis to monitor and improve operational metrics and performance indicators.

4. Compliance and Risk Management:

*Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and develop and implement risk management strategies.

5. Customer Experience:

*Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction and address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective

6. Team Leadership:

*Lead and manage the operations team, providing direction, training, and support to ensure high performance.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
