Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, managing housekeeping staff, and ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and allocate duties to staff
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared as per hotel standards
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of housekeeping areas
- Train and guide housekeeping attendants and support staff
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams for room status and maintenance issues
- Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities, and inventory
- Maintain records of room inspections, lost & found, and housekeeping activities
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints professionally
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards

- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment
- Valuable inventory and linen management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Qualification & Experience:

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in hotel/resort housekeeping
- Prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Housekeeping Executive preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, villas, or premium hospitality properties
- Knowledge of PMS/housekeeping software such as Opera or similar systems is an added advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
