We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our growing dairy business in North Bangalore.

The role will involve speaking with existing and potential customers, promoting our dairy products, generating sales, handling customer queries and grievances, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to delivery.

The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, have good communication skills, and be comfortable interacting with customers on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote dairy products.
- Explain products, pricing, subscriptions, offers, and delivery details to customers.
- Generate new sales and follow up with interested customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and product-related queries.
- Resolve customer complaints and grievances professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the delivery and operations team to resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain customer records, follow-ups, orders, and feedback.
- Follow up with customers for repeat orders and subscriptions.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to the management team.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer retention targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach while interacting with customers.

Required Skills





- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Kannada knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Positive follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate

- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, FMCG, food/dairy, or retail is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.
- Candidates who are familiar with North Bangalore and its residential communities will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
