Role Overview

We are looking for a confident Anchor & skilled Script Writer who can research, write, and present engaging long-form YouTube videos.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking naturally on camera, simplifying complex topics, building robust narratives, and keeping viewers engaged throughout a video. The role requires someone who can work across technology, engineering, science, current affairs, interesting discoveries, and informative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities- As an Anchor

- Present long-form YouTube videos confidently and naturally on camera.
- Deliver scripts with the right energy, expressions, voice modulation, and storytelling style.
- Explain technical or complicated topics in a simple and engaging manner.
- Maintain audience engagement throughout videos.
- Be comfortable with multiple takes and feedback during shoots.
- Coordinate with the production and video-editing team.
- Develop a recognizable and engaging on-camera personality.

As a Script Writer

- Research and write 15–30+ minute YouTube video scripts.
- Create strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.
- Build scripts with a clear structure: Hook → Introduction → Story/Research → Key Information → Conclusion.
- Convert complex technical, scientific, or engineering topics into easy-to-understand content.
- Fact-check information using credible sources.
- Add storytelling elements, examples, comparisons, and interesting facts wherever relevant.
- Write scripts that are informative without becoming boring or overly technical.
- Adapt trending topics into original, engaging long-form content.
- Work closely with the research, production, and editing teams.

Requirements

- Excellent English, Hinglish communication skills.
- Strong spoken English is an advantage.
- Excellent storytelling and writing ability.
- Strong research and fact-checking skills.
- Good understanding of YouTube audience retention and content structure.
- Comfortable appearing on camera.
- Good pronunciation, voice clarity, and confidence.
- Ability to simplify complicated topics.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Previous experience in YouTube, journalism, digital media, anchoring, or content creation is preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred, but exceptional freshers with strong writing, research, and on-camera skills can also apply.

Salary

Competitive salary based on experience and skill level.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
