We are looking for Quality Positions (Sr.Executive/Asst.Manager) : Please find the below JD for your reference.

- Accreditation Management: Guide the hospital through national and international accreditation processes by managing standard documentation and conducting internal mock audits.
- Patient Safety & Clinical Governance: Track patient clinical indicators, monitor medication errors, and investigate hospital-acquired infections to minimize clinical risks.
- Incident Reporting & CAPA: Investigate sentinel events, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Data Analytics: Collect, analyze, and present monthly data on quality indicators (like patient wait times, readmission rates, and satisfaction scores) to the management.
- Audits & Compliance:



Conduct regular clinical and non-clinical audits across departments, including nursing, emergency, OT, and pharmacy, to ensure policy adherence.
- Staff Training: Organize mandatory training sessions for healthcare staff regarding infection control, patient rights, biomedical waste management, and safety protocols.

Qualification: MHA

Exp: 2 to 5 years of active experience working in the quality department of a NABH or JCI accredited hospital.
