Housekeeping (HK) TrainerJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Trainer to train and develop housekeeping staff in professional cleaning standards, hygiene practices, safety procedures, and service quality. The ideal candidate should have strong housekeeping experience along with excellent communication and training skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training programs for housekeeping staff, including new joiners and existing employees.
- Train employees on cleaning techniques, housekeeping procedures, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Demonstrate the correct use of cleaning equipment, tools, chemicals, and materials.
- Train staff on proper cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, common areas, offices, and other facilities.
- Develop and deliver practical and classroom-based training sessions.
- Monitor employees during practical sessions and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure housekeeping staff follow company SOPs and quality standards.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate employees' performance after training.
- Identify training gaps and recommend suitable corrective actions.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment results, and employee performance reports.
- Conduct refresher training whenever required.




- Stay updated on modern housekeeping techniques, cleaning products, equipment, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager and Operations team to ensure training requirements are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably with training experience.
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Trainer, Housekeeping Supervisor, Executive Housekeeper, or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and their safe usage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and classroom training.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Ability to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related qualification is preferred.

Language Preference

- Kannada is mandatory.
- Candidates should have good communication skills in Kannada.
- Knowledge of English or Hindi will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹28,086.00 - ₹30,292.15 per month
