Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Travel Consultant who can lead the travel sales team, manage key client accounts, handle complex travel requirements, and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, lead conversion, customer satisfaction, and achieving departmental targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and support a team of travel consultants.
- Allocate inquiries and monitor lead conversion performance.
- Handle domestic and international travel packages, FIT, Group, Corporate, and MICE bookings.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with suppliers for the best rates.
- Guide team members on destination knowledge, itinerary planning, and customer handling.
- Conduct daily follow-ups and review pending inquiries.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets for the team.
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure service excellence.
- Maintain robust relationships with airlines,



hotels, DMCs, and vendors.
- Train and mentor junior consultants to improve performance.
- Monitor CRM updates, booking accuracy, and documentation.
- Submit performance reports to management.

Leadership Responsibilities

- Manage and motivate the travel sales team.
- Track individual and team targets.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Implement sales strategies to increase conversions.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service standards.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Good communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and travel portals.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Hotelier , Business, or relevant field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
