Job Summary
Orange Printers Pvt Ltd is a leading Commercial Printing and Packaging solutions company headquartered at Trivandrum, Kerala with operations based in multiple locations.
We are seeking suitable candidates for the role of PRODUCTION MANAGER for our Commercial Printing and Packaging division at Trivandrum for a long term association.
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and scheduling print jobs at the Printshop from inception to final release. Production Manager shall have a strong focus on quality and shall be versatile with Sheetfed Offset Press of various brands. Shall be constantly coordinating with Sales, Pre-Press and Planning departments to deliver projects on-budget, on-time and with the highest level of quality and service.
Responsibilities and Duties

- Shall manage the entire production of the Commercial Printing and Packaging department
- Shall be coordinating with Production Supervisors, PPC and Pre-Press department to ensure smooth Production
- Required to promptly manage all Printing machine operators, Supervisors and ensure targeted output
- Timely schedule of Machine maintenance, monitoring of machine, etc.
- Need to conduct quality checks periodically
- Shall be coordinating with the Store, Operations team, Pre-Press,



Post Press and Dispatch teams for smooth production flow.
- Required to do productions scheduling and team management
- Manage the print production needs of our clients for all types of printed materials, packaging and direct mailings
- Manage daily print production schedules
- Maintain internal and external vendor cost auditing reports
- Monitor quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all jobs to ensure clients commitments are met
- Organize, track and record all job-related cost

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Sheet fed Offset Printing expertise is preferred
- Commercial Printing production Floor management expertise is a must
- Previous experience on a supervisory or managerial role in a printing unit with multiple 4 color or 6 color machine is a must. exposure to UV, acqeous Coating is preferred.
- Leadership skills and team management skills needed.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
