Medical AR Executive – Entry Level

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Medical AR Calling

Job Level: Entry-Level Experienced Candidate. This is NOT a Senior-Level position.

Job Location :Makarba, Ahmedabad

Work Mode :Work From Office (WFO)

Shift :Night Shift | 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Job Type :Full time | 5 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
- Follow up on pending, denied, and underpaid claims.
- Identify claim status, payment issues, denials, and rejection reasons.
- Communicate with insurance representatives to resolve outstanding accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups and account updates.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned accounts.
- Handle basic claim-related queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and billing information.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Medical AR Calling.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of US healthcare/medical billing processes.
- Knowledge of insurance follow-up and claim status.
- Ability to handle calls confidently with insurance representatives.
- Good listening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift and from office.
- Candidates from Ahmedabad will be preferred.
