We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers and businesses over the phone, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and following up with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups and conversions.

Requirements





- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam
- Confident and polite telephone communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who are confident in speaking Malayalam and enjoy interacting with customers are highly preferred. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or lead generation will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
