TYLIZ is one of Kerala's growing building materials brands, offering premium roofing and construction solutions. We are looking for energetic and experienced Field Sales Executives to expand our market presence and build long-term relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers.
- Promote TYLIZ products and explain product features and perks.
- Identify new dealers and market opportunities.
- Coordinate with the office regarding quotations, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market feedback.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Materials Field Sales (Roofing, Cement, Steel, Tiles, Hardware, Paints, Sanitary,
Plywood, or related products).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp proficiency for daily reporting.
