Role Overview

We are looking for a agile Relationship Manager (Pre-Sales) who will act as the first point of contact for our clients. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and coordinating closely with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective clients and build strong relationships
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant solutions
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide timely updates to clients
- Ensure communication between customers and internal teams
- Schedule and assist in site visits when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress
- Support in improving customer experience and satisfaction

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in construction or real estate industry
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills




- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
- Good coordination and organizational abilities
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills

- Experience in pre-sales or client handling roles
- Basic understanding of real estate or construction processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
