About the Role We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer/Visualizer who can independently conceptualize and execute high-quality visual design across social media, branding, and client presentation decks — someone with a strong sense of layout, typography, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, brand collateral, and marketing assets across print and digital
- Translate client briefs and mood boards into polished, on-brand visual concepts
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Collaborate closely with the social media, performance marketing, and video teams to ensure visual consistency
- Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and, occasionally, directly to clients
- Mentor and review work of junior designers where applicable




- Keep up with design trends and bring fresh visual ideas to client accounts

Requirements

- 3–4 years of graphic design experience, with a solid portfolio demonstrating range across branding and social media design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Figma is a plus
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems
- Ability to manage multiple design requests and deadlines across different client accounts
- Comfortable taking and incorporating structured feedback

Good to Have

- Basic motion graphics/After Effects skills
- Experience designing for real estate, BFSI, or manufacturing brands
- A portfolio link (Behance/Instagram) ready to share

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
