About Us

Stratinext is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in Social Media Management, Performance Marketing, Website Development, SEO, Branding, and AI-powered creative solutions. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager who can independently plan, shoot, edit, and manage content for multiple client brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients.
- Plan monthly content calendars and content strategies.
- Visit client locations to shoot high-quality content using a smartphone or camera.
- Capture reels, product videos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and lifestyle videos.
- Direct clients during shoots to create engaging and professional content.
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create basic static creatives using Canva.
- Write captions, hashtags, and schedule posts.
- Monitor engagement and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Content Creation.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Confident in shooting content using smartphones or cameras.




- Basic understanding of framing, lighting, composition, and storytelling.
- Comfortable travelling to client locations for content shoots.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic Canva designing skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in a marketing agency.
- Basic photography skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Experience using gimbals, wireless microphones, and mobile filmmaking equipment is a plus.

- This is a Work From Office role based in East Delhi.
- Candidates must be willing to visit client locations for content shoots.
- Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing both video editing and content they have personally shot. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
