We are looking for enthusiastic Primary Teachers to handle students from Grade 1 to 5. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching young learners and creating a joyful, activity-based classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching: Handle core subjects like English, Mathematics, EVS, and Tamil/Hindi for Grades 1-5
- Lesson Planning: Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids as per curriculum
- Student Care: Focus on reading, writing, numeracy skills and overall personality development
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline, ensure safety and a positive learning workplace
- Assessment: Conduct regular tests, maintain student records, and share progress with parents
- School Activities: Participate in events, PTMs, and co-curricular programs
Requirements:
- Qualification: UG/CPG with B.Ed
- Experience: 1-3 years preferred. Freshers with good subject knowledge can apply and freshers also welcome
- Skills: Strong communication in English + Tamil, creative teaching methods, patience, and tech-basic skills
