Store Department – Roles & Responsibilities

- Check materials against the Purchase Order, Invoice, and Delivery Challan.
- Prepare and maintain material inward/outward entry.
- Properly label and store all materials in their designated locations.
- Maintain accurate stock records in Excel and ERP System
- Issue materials to the Technical, Production, Purchase, and other departments as per requirements.
- Maintain proper records of all material issues and returns.
- Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages or low-stock items.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock differences.
- Identify and report damaged, excess, shortage, or obsolete materials.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Technical teams regarding material requirements and discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all store-related records.
- Keep the store area clean, organized, and protected.
- Prepare daily/weekly stock and material movement reports.
- Ensure proper control of all incoming, outgoing, and available materials.
- Ensure materials are available in the right quantity, at the right location, and at the right time.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
