Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Shift Incharge to manage day-to-day store operations, ensure production and dispatch are completed on time, and maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete operations of the assigned shift.
- Ensure timely production, packing, and dispatch of orders.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, hygiene, and discipline.
- Allocate duties and manage manpower effectively during the shift.
- Ensure compliance with Bakingo's SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and day-end stock/inventory processes.
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
- Conduct regular checks of the kitchen/store and maintain cleanliness.
- Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch, and delivery teams.
- Maintain shift-related reports and ensure proper handover to the next shift.
- Escalate operational issues to the reporting manager promptly.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the store and achievement of daily operational targets.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/12th pass with relevant experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in QSR, cloud kitchen, bakery, food production, or retail operations.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good understanding of hygiene, food safety, and SOP compliance.

- Smooth shift handover and operational reporting.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
