About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead who can take ownership of SEO strategy, execution, performance tracking, and team management.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Keyword Research, Content Optimization, SEO Audits, and Google Search Console, along with experience managing or mentoring SEO team members.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can plan SEO strategies, identify issues, guide the team, and deliver measurable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP analysis.
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify crawling, indexing, site structure, mobile usability, and performance issues.
- Handle On-Page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content structure.
- Develop content optimization strategies based on search intent and keyword opportunities.
- Monitor Google Search Console for indexing, ranking, and technical issues.
- Track SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
- Use Screaming Frog for website crawling and technical SEO analysis.
- Coordinate with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Manage multiple SEO projects and prioritize tasks.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor SEO team members.
- Assign tasks, review deliverables,



and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare SEO performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

Must-Have Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- At least 1 year of experience leading, mentoring, or managing SEO team members.
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content SEO, Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis, and SERP Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Experience managing multiple SEO projects/websites simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- Digital marketing agency experience.
- Experience working with multiple client websites.
- Experience coordinating with developers and content teams.
- International SEO experience.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
