Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies, strengthen client relationships, generate business leads, and support the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitals, doctors, clinics, and corporate customers.
- Promote the company's diagnostic services, health packages, and other offerings.
- Conduct regular market visits and understand customer requirements and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to convert leads into business.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, client visits, conversions, and business performance.




- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
- Participate in health camps, promotional activities, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Support digital and offline marketing initiatives as required.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of sales and marketing practices.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, preferably in the healthcare/diagnostics industry.
- Candidates with experience in hospital, diagnostic center, healthcare, or pharmaceutical marketing will be preferred.
